Mas Sibils

This rural house builds its walls in the residential area of ​​ S´Agaró, just a few kilometers from Sant Feliu de Guíxols. It is located in the province of Girona, in fact, its structure and architecture is typical of a Catalan country house, based on stone walls with wooden floors and ceilings.  With a maximum capacity of 9 people, the house offers all kinds of comforts to make guests feel at home. Built in 1990, it was renovated in 2013 to be used as tourist accommodation. Despite being an old construction, it mixes both styles, so that its decoration is based on the combination of antique elements with modern art paintings. 

With 2 stories high, it is perfect to go with friends or with the whole family since, due to the dimensions of the house, there is space for everyone.

On the ground floor you will find:

• A large kitchen decorated in white tones. It is fully equipped with the appliances necessary so that guests can prepare delicious dishes without any problem. It has ceramic hob, in addition, it has a large refrigerator with the capacity to store food for several diners. Its drawers and shelves store all the household items necessary to have a good meal in the best company. 

• The living room is large and several wooden windows allow the sun's rays to illuminate the room. A sofa with capacity for several people to sit, is placed next to a small table and in front of the fireplace and a piece of furniture that holds a flat television. It is one of the most welcoming spaces in the house due to the number of elements intended for relaxation that are available in the room. DVD to watch a good movie or a music system to read accompanied by a good soundtrack make it a unique place inside.

• The dining room, consisting of a glass table, has capacity for 8 guests. Its walls are made of stone and the ceiling and floor are based on wood. Space suitable for having dinners with friends or family. 

• A toilet so that the tenants do not have to go up to the second floor.

• A luxury bedroom, consisting of a double bed with larger dimensions than usual. It has a wardrobe and chest of drawers so that guests can store all their belongings. Equipped with DVD and satellite television, this bedroom is characterized by its large windows, which give direct access to the outside of the house where the garden and the pool are located. In this way, tenants can access this space at any time of the day or night to take a dip or walk on the grass. A complete bathroom inside of the room that has a jacuzzi and all personal hygiene products.

• 3 double bedrooms, one of them has similar characteristics to the bedroom on the ground floor of the house, it is fully equipped with elements such as DVD or television, 2 single beds make it up together with the bathroom inside of the same and beautiful views of the outside area of ​​the house that can be seen from the balcony. The remaining bedrooms are made up of 2 single beds in each of them, one being especially dedicated to children due to its children's decoration and toys. 

The exterior of the house features a swimming pool located in the center of the garden. This space is spacious and consists of a large grass area. Around the pool there are hammocks and a porch with a table and chairs for those days when guests prefer to eat outdoors. A barbecue puts the finishing touch to this space. The house is surrounded by high walls so children can play freely without any worries. 

A patio at the back of the house leads to the garage and laundry area.

This beautiful rural house is located in a small coastal place called S´Agaró. Halfway between Playa de Aro and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, it has been characterized by its Noucentista style since the 19th century. Its urban area is declared as complex of national interest. 

Due to the geographical location of S'Agaró, it is very easy to access other tourist spots since they are just a few kilometers away. Calonge Castle, built in the 12th century, has been very important throughout history as structures have been added to it over the years and it has been used for different purposes, such as a casino or theater, during all this time. 

For lovers of art and history, near S'Agaró there are 2 of the most beautiful medieval towns on the Iberian Peninsula: Pals, whose emblem is La Torre de les Hores and the Church of Sant Pere and the town of Peratallada, characterized by its fortified core with Gothic details. 

25 kilometers from the rural house you reach the city of Girona. Walking through its Jewish neighborhoods or visiting its Cathedral are some of the activities most carried out by tourists.
