The house is located in Llicà d'Amunt, Barcelona, and has a maximum capacity of 12 people.

It has 5 rooms, of which 4 are doubles and one is triple.

The construction of the pages house is typical Catalan , built in 1812. Formerly it was dedicated to agriculture and animal husbandry. The farm has an area of ​​1.5 hectares and most of it is land dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees for the subsequent production of oil and sale.

The double rooms can be double or have 2 single beds. The double bedrooms have a fully dressed and equipped bed with its pillows; The body of the bed can be made of sturdy wood or solid iron. On each side there are night tables with their lamp matching the decoration.
Next to each bed there is a large wooden closet which is used to store all our belongings. Our guests also have a small desk with furniture.

The triple room has a bunk bed and a double bed, all dressed and with pillows. It is an ideal space for children to feel comfortable.

The decoration of the rooms is rural and classic. The predominant materials are wood and iron; The wood being highly crafted and full of details. The walls are painted with a very curious vintage effect and on the walls are a series of iron lamps. From some rooms you can see the wooden beams that support the ceiling. They are bright spaces thanks to their large windows.

All rooms have heating and, if our guests require it, we have cots available.

The living room is one of the most picturesque places in the house, where the fireplace is located, which is ready to be used. In the coldest months of the year it is ideal to sit next to have a drink or chat with family or friends. A series of chairs, armchairs and a sofa are arranged to be as comfortable as possible. Traces of the first construction remain on the walls; The brick and stone blocks can be seen, which contrasts with the bright colors of the walls. The television is located in front of the comfortable sofa and there is internet access.

The windows allow the optimal passage of light and right in front of the fireplace is the glass door that gives access to the exterior of the house. Outside is the large garden and furnished terrace, a place specially prepared so that guests can enjoy it without complications. A large brick barbecue precedes the place next to the pieces of wood for the fireplace.

The pool is spacious and has a wooden fence for greater safety if we travel with children. It is a space with rural characteristics, but without forgetting elements that guarantee the comfort of everyone. We have wooden tables and chairs as well as palm trees that provide shade.

The porch of the house is equally spacious with large green areas. The entire front wall of the house is made of brick and wood blocks, which gives the feeling of being in a place from another time.

The kitchen is complete and has a microwave, dishwasher, hob, ceramic hob and other kitchenware and utensils necessary to feel at home. In addition we have a washing machine and we offer a clothes washing service.

The bathrooms are complete and have a shower tray. We also offer toiletries and a set of towels for each guest.

Guests have babysitting service and we provide documentation on the area. You can also come with your pets. Access to the house is paved and properly signposted.

The house is located in Lliçà d'Amun, at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park. It has a population of almost 15,000 inhabitants and one of its main attractions are the hermitages scattered throughout the city, among them are San Valeriano, San Esteban de Palaudàries and San Baudillo. The Parish Church of Sant Esteve de Palaudàries is a good example of the architecture of the area.

On the various paths that pass by the house you can do activities such as hiking or mountain bike rides - MTB. The town is located just 5 kilometers from Granollers, the capital of the region. On the last Thursday of August they celebrate the city's main festival, where Granollers is divided into 2 colors, blue and white, to compete in gastronomic or anecdotal tests. An activity that unites young and old in a single festivity.

In the surroundings of the house there are sports centers where golf, clay pigeon shooting and Olympic. The Montseny Natural Park is an ideal place to take long walks and enjoy the varied vegetation and fauna of the area.
