Masía San Joaquín I

Our rural accommodation is a masia typical of the area. We are located less than 2 km from Agres (Alicante), next to the Sierra Mariola.

We have rehabilitated it to adapt it to all the comforts that you could need since it dates from the s. XVIII.

If you need to relax, it is the perfect place, because we do not have neighbors. The village of Agrés is 1km away so you can spend a few quiet days.

We recommend it for large groups because we have 12 seats.

We have 6 bedrooms:

• Four bedrooms with double bed.
• A bedroom with a single bed.
• A bedroom with three single beds.

As for the 3 bathrooms complete, with the following features: two bathrooms with shower tray and one with bathtub.

The dining room is a spacious place to rest all together, with television, several sofas, a table with chairs to eat, side table and, in addition, a great fireplace.

La kitchen is fully equipped.

• You have appliances such as washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.
• The rest of the necessary utensils so you can cook quietly.

In all accommodation there is heating.

The outdoor area is very broad. In it, you can enjoy:

• A barbecue area.
• Garden furniture: umbrellas, tables, chairs, will make your stay more comfortable.
• An area of ​​swings for the smallest of the house.
• An annex building where different things can be stored.
• A pool. The enclosure is fully fenced so there will be no danger to children.
• We also have two terraces that come out of the bedrooms.

We also put at your disposal extra beds and cots.

If your group is more than twelve people, you can rent together our other rural house Masía San Joaquín II, with 5 triple rooms and 3 complete bathrooms.

Specifically we are within the municipality of Agres ( County of Cocentania ), just north of the Natural Park of Sierra Mariola.

Here you can visit the following places:

• The Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Castle. Although its construction was commissioned in the SXV, it was not completed until the SXVI. It is built on an old hermitage and is a place of pilgrimage.
• Our painted streets, especially those located near the village core. The asphalt of the streets is decorated in different shapes and colors.
• The Cava de Agrés. It is a stone monument that is located in the Sierra de Mariola. It is 12 m deep and it is a perfect place to go walking routes.
