Masía San Joaquín II

Our home is located next to the Natural Park Sierra de Mariola, just outside the Alicante town of Agres.

This rural accommodation is located very close to the town, in the countryside, so you will not have anyone around, so relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed.

We recommend the house for large groups, friends, family reunions, etc. it has capacity of up to 1 5 people.

We have 5 bedrooms, all them triples. The distribution is as follows: they have three single beds or a double bed and another single bed.

We have 3 bathrooms completos:

• 2 bathrooms with shower tray.
• A bathroom with bathtub.
• Our toilets have hair dryers.

The kitchen is a very large area, with lots of space, where you can enjoy different appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. In addition to the rest of household items such as cutlery, plates, pans, pots and the rest of the kitchenware.

We also have a living room with furniture such as armchairs, side table and a fireplace , where the style and rustic decor prevail. In the dining area you can find a table to eat all together, with chairs for all guests.

The whole house has heating.

And in case you do not want to totally evade from abroad, we have free Wi-Fi connection.

In the outdoor area you have:

The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Agres, in the zone north of the province of Alicante.

From Masía San Joaquín II we recommend you visit:

• Arab Tower of Agres, from the s. XII, very close to the town church.
• The Agres turret. This tower was formerly used to monitor the area. It was a military building that currently only ruins remain, but it is possible to imagine what it was at that time.
• Agres has a peculiar decoration in some of its streets, especially those in the center; most of the asphalt is decorated with drawings.

In the village it is typical to eat a rice soup. We advise you to try it!
