This rural place is located in San Vicente de Alcántara, a small town located north of the province of Badajoz and just 40 kilometers from Portugal.

The house, recently built in one of the spaces of the farm, has a capacity for a maximum of 9 people (3 in supplementary bed, with an additional cost for each). It is undoubtedly a perfect place to go with family or friends to spend a few days of relaxation and tranquility being carried away by the essence of the environment surrounding the farm.

For cold days, the house has central heating in each of its corners that are distributed as follows:
 

• A cuisine fully equipped with a central table, ideal to enjoy a family reunion or dinner between friends. In addition, you will have both appliances and utensil enough to make your best recipes. 

• The room, just a few meters from the kitchen, is spacious and bright. A couple of great armchairs placed around a auxiliary table, become the place indicated to relax with fire from the chimney, which will serve to heat the guests during the cold winter.  A television flat puts the brooch to a perfect space for rest.

• 3 bedrooms, one of them with marriage bed and the rest with 2 individual beds. In addition, the possibility of acquiring up to 3 supplementary beds is made available to the guest. All bedding is included in the price.

• 3 complete bathrooms. The price also includes all kinds of products for personal hygiene and towels to give the maximum facilities to guests.

The farm has 80 hectares in which different activities can be carried out depending on the tastes:

• A pool exterior that gives the possibility of taking a bath on hot days and sunbathing with dream views.

• barbecue, perfect for use with friends or family, is undoubtedly one of the strengths of the farm.

• A external dining room for those days in which you want to eat outdoors.

In addition, the farm puts at your disposal a parking lot where to leave the car without any concerns.

The price is for an occupation of 6 people, you have to add € 17/night for each additional bed.

The town of San Vicente de Alcántara, just 4 kilometers from the farm, is one of the referents in the cork industry, different visits can be made to the factories warning in advance. 

Due to its location, you can visit different points of the Spanish geography, such as Cáceres and Mérida, located just 80 kilometers from the farm. 

The option to pass the border and go to Portugal is viable due to its close. One of the most recommended Portuguese peoples to visit is Marvao, characterized by its medieval aspect and the perfect conservation of its wall.
