This rural house is located in the town of Santa María de Riaza, belonging to the Segovian municipality of Ayllón.

In the center of the town, very close to his church, the house is perfect to spend a few days with the family enjoying the tranquility of its streets and know all its corners. It has capacity for 6 people and 3 rooms s although, if you are a large group, the house is joined with 3 other houses of the same characteristics, which you can rent together, having a total of 24 seats in 4 spaces different but connected.

All the rooms are decorated in a rustic style, with farm implements and agricultural tools to transport you in time. All rooms have heating and are structured as follows:

The rooms have different distribution in addition to different capacities:

• A room of marriage, what we could call the main room.

• 2 double rooms, with 2 beds separated, perfect for children.

All bedrooms have similar decoration, wooden headboards in the form of farming tools, bedside tables, lamps and of course, bedding and bath.

• If you are one more, we can enable you a extra bed without additional cost.

• The central room accommodates in a same space a lounge area, with X fireplace for winter, television, sofas to see or have a coffee and the kitchen completely equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer to make the experience more pleasant, if possible, and an ideal wooden table to meet at meals.

• Un bathroom complete con bidet and spacious shower tray with screen.

• Outdoor patio genial to look at the stars or read a book.

Santa María de Riaza is a small hamlet of the Segovian municipality of Ayllón, perfect to escape the noise of the city and relax with the quiet rhythm of life in the town. Strolling between its streets, and very close to the house is the Romanesque style church.

Half an hour by car, in the neighboring province of Soria, is the charming village of El Burgo de Osma. It is perfect to go at a slow pace enjoying the X
This area is also surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes along the Sierra de Ayllón in which to lose oneself and find solitude. Recommended to visit the Embalse de El Villar.
