The house has to its credit a modern kitchen con furniture of methacrylate white and purple, refrigerator, oven, a microwave and glass ceramic. It also has a dining area, in which there is a wood table with capacity for 4 diners.

It has a room única double with bed of Marriage decorada with some bedside tables of old wood and some headboards with ornamental motifs. It has a radiator and a window with views to the environment.

The accommodation also has a large and bright bathroom completely renovated and complete consisting of a shower with screen, a mirror and a black sink.

On the outside, guests can enjoy a private garden terrace with wonderful views of the surroundings. It also has, shared with the other accommodations, a rest area with a large barbecue.

The rural house is located in a very quiet and secluded urban areas, but is within walking distance of major cities such as Palencia, Valladolid or Aranda de Duero.

Other places of interest can be the Castillo de Peñafiel, which stands out for its characteristic form or the towns of Dueñas o of Tudela del Duero.
