Mirador Las Claras

On the outskirts of the Malaga municipality of Iznate is located this 150 m2 accommodation with capacity for 9 people.

A totally closed space that has private parking and magnificent views of the Sierra.
The house has heating and air conditioning in each of the rooms. has internet access as well as bed linen and towels throughout the stay.
The interior of the house has a large living room. Luminous due to its large windows, it is the perfect place to have lunch, or relax in the warmth of the fireplace. The American-style and highly functional kitchen is fully equipped.

They are 3 the rooms that the house has. One of them with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a double bed and a single bed. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed with capacity for 2 people. And finally 2 bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub and a shower tray respectively.
The outer space is made up of the porch and the garden. The views that can be seen from both are spectacular towards the Sierra de Tejeda due to the location at the top of the municipality.
The plot is completed with a pool equipped with sun loungers and a solarium area and a terrace equipped to make barbecues.

In the Comarca de Axarquía is the municipality of Iznate. With Arabic roots, its white facades adorned with flowerpots reflect the Andalusian style typical of the houses.
From the so-called Cerro del Melonar it is possible to contemplate a wonderful panoramic view of the municipality.
There are many routes that the visitor can do through the interior of the region. Frigiliana or Vélez-Málaga are some. And on the coast, Torre del Mar or Nerja, with its caves and the cliffs of Maro Cerrogordo.
