Mitxitorena

This rural house is located in the village of Senosiain, in Navarra. The enclave is ideal for walking through the woods and meadows that surround the village feeling rural peace. It is a house of 2 floors built in stone in the traditional style of the houses of the valley.

The house has capacity for 10 people and is divided into the following stays:

• 4 double rooms located on the first floor, 3 de them furnished with 2 single beds cada over and other with a double bed. In addition, there is the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds.

• 2 bathrooms fully equipped, one of them located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. One of them has a half bath and the other with a bathtub de more tamaño.

• A living room is located in the hallway on the second floor so you can relax with a book away from the hustle and bustle of the house. Several lounge color sofas are arranged around a coffee table. From there you can access the different rooms on this floor. In addition, it has a dresser cabinet where there are several towels.

• A situado living room on the ground floor in which distracted watching a TV series de the shelter of a wood stove . On one side is the sofas area, composed of leather seats in front of the fireplace. Next to them is the dining table, the furniture that holds the television and a dresser-cupboard.

• a reading area with bean bags, library y games for fun and discover new books. It is distributed in the stairwell.

• moderna a kitchen with wooden cabinets fully stocked with everything you need to cook comfortably, specifically with appliances such as washing y un dishwasher to help with clean up. To his credit you will also find a small table and chairs.

Outside there is a paved space in which you will find wooden benches, an old tractor and picnic tables beside a barbecue .

In addition the house is equipped with heating to regulate the temperature during the winters of the valley.

Senosiain is a village of about 40 inhabitants that belongs to the community of Navarra and is very close to the Ollo Valley. Through this valley you can make different routes of various difficulties, such as the Circular route, an easy route of 23 kilometers that starts from the town of Ollo and reaches the source of the river Arteta before starting the round.

At 21 kilometers from this area is Pamplona, the capital of the community that is famous for its running of bulls and subsequent bullfights on July 7, festivity of San Fermín. Before the construction of the bullring in 1844, the bullfights were held at the Plaza del Castillo, used as a bullring since 1385 and surrounded by buildings of different styles and periods.

In Pamplona you can also see the Media Luna park, which is located on the land formerly occupied by the eras, located after the bullring. This park has a pond with fish, a skating rink and several species of trees among which is a giant sequoia. In this park there is also the monument to Pablo Sarasate, violinist from Pamplona.
