Molí d´Enfesta

This rural house is located in the molsosa municipality, belonging to the province of Lleida.

It is a old mill flour built in the seventeenth century with stones characteristic of the area and with the furniture of then restored. 

It has the capacity to host a maximum 12 people. Great for groups of families or friends. 

has 6 rooms distributed in the following way: 2 of them with marriage bed, 2 double with individual beds and quarter private bathroom, 1 for three people and 1 individual. 

In addition to the 2 own bathrooms of each of the double bedrooms, the rural accommodation has other 2 to share among the other guests. 

In the living room you will find a beautiful brick fireplace on a stone wall. And you can enjoy a television and board games, among which you will find a chess table. There are also great windows with balcony outward. 

The dining room and kitchen share the same space. Constituted by a large wooden table for the 12 diners and appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...

abroad of the rural house you can enjoy:

• a 70 -square -meter room for celebrations in which there is also barbecue.

• A pool with sun loungers and garden surrounded by 1 meter fences.

• A porch with plastic tables to enjoy outdoor meals.

• A small garden and numerous flower plantations.

• And a private parking with capacity for several cars. 

Also, the whole house is equipped with Internet and heating. 

The municipality of Molsosa has around the 100 inhabitants. But the rural house is located in the middle of a valley, away from the urban area and surrounded by large field extensions where the pines and oaks stand out. 

In the past it was the border that separated the Christian population of Catalonia from the Muslim. From the rural accommodation itself, the Encale de Enfesta, a historical monument known since the nineteenth century and of Gothic style. 

It is located 2 hours from the city of Barcelona.
