Molí d´Enfesta

This rural house is located in the municipality Molsosa, belonging to the province of Lleida.

It is a old mill de flour built in the seventeenth century with stones characteristic of the area and with furniture then restored.

It has the capacity to host a maximum of 12 people. Great for groups of families or friends.

It has 6 rooms distributed as follows: 2 of them with double bed, 2 double with single beds and fourth private bathroom, 1 for three people and 1 single.

In addition to the 2 own bathrooms of each of the double bedrooms, the rural accommodation has other 2 to share among the other guests.

In the living room you will find a nice brick fireplace on a stone wall. And you can enjoy a television y table games, among which you will find a chess table. Also in it there are a large windows con balcony to the outside.

The dining room and the kitchen share the same space. Constituted by a large wooden table oscura for the 12 diners y appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave ...

Outside of the country house you can enjoy:

• A room of 70 square meters for celebrations in which there is also barbecue.

• A pool with sun loungers and garden surrounded by 1 meter fences.

• A porch with plastic tables to enjoy meals outdoors.

• A small garden y numerous flower plantations.

• And a private parking with capacity for several cars.

Also, the whole house is equipped with internet and heating.

The municipality of Molsosa has around 100 inhabitants. But the rural house is located in the middle of a valley, away from the urban area and surrounded by large expanses of countryside where pine trees and oaks stand out.

In the past it was the border that separated the Christian population from Catalonia from the Muslim population. From the rural accommodation you can see the castle of Enfesta, a historical monument that is known since the nineteenth century and Gothic style.
