Molino del Agua

The rural accommodation that visits is located in the municipality of Banyeres de Mariola, province of Alicante.

It is a house surrounded by the water, because it passes a channel that was made from the water mill that reaches the river. Which has also involved a growing nature. 

It is built from the stone and on a rock. Distributed in 2 floors and with space for 12 people. 

consists of 4 bedrooms located on the upper floor. Two of which can be considered suites, since in addition to the marriage bed they have private bathroom and living room. In addition, one of them with terrace towards the patio. 

The other 2 bedrooms are distributed each of them at double height. Well, thanks to the high roofs, wooden lodges have been created in which we have arranged 2 individual beds s, being another 2 in the low zone. It also has bathroom for the 4 guests. 

On the Ground Floor we find a room that has been distributed in 3 different spaces: one for chimney rest, another as a reading area with a small library and another as a dining room. 

From it you access the kitchen, which also has all the basic crystal that is found there we find a terrace where they can enjoy meals during the summer. 

All exterior has a lot of pots, fruit trees plantations and a garden. In addition to a pool that has been prepared taking advantage of the water that comes from the water channel. 

In search of alternative energies we have managed to give heating and air conditioning through geothermal energy, something completely novel in this type of accommodation. 
 

Despite belonging to Banyeres de Mariola, this rural house is 1 kilometer away from it. Thus is located in the middle of the field where to enjoy tranquility and nature. But very little from a place to access all kinds of services. 

Specifically, it is located in the Valle de Campo del Oro, where the Vinalopó River passes, to which the water that is located around the house arrives.

It is also surrounded by the Natural Park of Sierra Mariola and the Red Fuente so there will be no seders to travel and activities to perform. 

Around you can visit as many villages where to also enjoy monuments.
