This rural house is located in a privileged enclave del Girona, it is within walking distance of both natural sites, and the coastal zone. Therefore, it is an ideal destination for those who want to relax in a unique environment and know the wonders of the territory.

The house is designed so that you can stay a maximum of 4 people. Account, firstly, with a diaphanous stay in which the room, the dining room and the kitchen converge. The living room is designed for relaxation and has a sofa and several armchairs, a coffee table in the center, a fireplace and television.

Next to it we find the dining area, which has a wooden table with capacity for 4 diners. Finally, this open space integrates the kitchen, which has appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher or gas stove. It also has all the kitchen necessary to cook comfortably.

It has to its credit 2 double bedrooms, one has bed of marriage and the other of 2 individual beds separated by a bedside table. Both rooms have bedding and rustic furniture.

It houses a full bathroom that has its corresponding lingerie and a small room of toilet.

Outside you will find a landscaped area with lawn that all the accommodations of the complex share. In it, you can enjoy a pool con loungers, ideal for the summer months, of different porches con tables and chairs and a barbecue area for family barbecues. It has a private terrace from which you can glimpse the wonderful views of the surroundings.

The house is located in the municipality of Sant Sadurní de l'Heures. From there you can access other important municipalities in the area, such as Pals. It is a town with important tourist and cultural points, such as the Archaeological Museum or the Torre de las Hora.

In this locality is also located the viewpoint of Josep Pla, a place from which you can see the coast and the Islands Medas.
