Accommodation that urgently needs an aesthetic and hygiene intervention. The place where it is located, unbeatable. The value for money, poor. The curtains and the sofa bed, for example, would have to be changed urgently. The house needs a deep cleaning before renting it.

We liked it a lot, exceeding our expectations, to make a comment say that the kitchen is very small and perhaps it would be a good idea that in the future the partition that separates it from the living room be removed. If we can we will repeat.

The house in general is very good. But according to the cleanliness, I was not very satisfied: When we arrived, the floor of the first floor was not clean. The descent of the stairs to the picnic area, it was noticeable that it had not been cleaned for a long time, regarding the pool, the entire bottom and surface full of pine needles, in addition to several dead insects.

I was there 3 days, and after cleaning it the first day, I only had to remove a couple of insects in addition to the corresponding pine needles.

I also see a failure that the closest garbage can is in town, practically 2km away.

Also, they put us a very cute bin to be able to separate the garbage and thus recycle, but later at the garbage point I was talking about, I only had garbage, gray container, or glass. No cardboard or plastic.

Another detail that caught my attention was that the photos show some beautiful photos of towels embroidered with the name of the house, I did not see them, instead we had a couple of normal towels.

On the other hand, the air conditioning only exists in the upper room, so my parents, who are the ones who slept in the downstairs room, had some heat, since the whole house has mosquito nets, but the window in that room no.

In short, I see several shortcomings as a rural house. But it is indisputable that the views and the surroundings are amazing. One last thing, we did not see the owner either upon arrival or at the marches, it is the first time that it happens to me in a rural house that nobody comes to explain anything.

The setting, the location, and in general the house is fine. But access to the house in case of people with mobility difficulties is not adequate, that information is not detailed. Although it is a vacation home, the kitchen needs some improvement, adding some other appliance. And a certain abandonment of the garden furniture, deckchairs, and very deteriorated wooden tables-benches.

The accommodation is wonderful, it does not lack detail, it is small but very cozy. The best the tranquility and the views. The owner is very attentive to what we may need.

An ideal place to spend a few days off. Surrounded by nature and spectacular views of the town. We were on a rainy weekend, but it has a pool that should be a pleasure to use in summer. The fireplace in the living room and the large windows make the environment very pleasant. In addition, we have felt very well cared for at all times. We will repeat.

Communication with the hostess has been fluid and comfortable when it comes to organizing ourselves. On the other hand, the location of the house is great, it has coverage, as well as a wide space to enjoy the stay with animals. It is located in the middle of the forest but there are supermarkets within a few minutes (by car).

However, everything else can be greatly improved, especially in the case of a rural house and not a private house. First of all, the cleaning in small details (such as the cutlery rack / plates or the cobwebs on the ceiling) and that is even more appreciated given the age of the appliances.

On the other hand, to point out how impractical the kitchen is, which seems from another century; It's tiny and you leave your kidneys in the sink, plus it doesn't have much storage space, it doesn't have a microwave, and the fridge didn't work so we either bought things a day or they would spoil, plus it did a noise at night that seemed like a helicopter. It has a washing machine but outside and behind the house, in the open, which still works, but it did not invite to be used.

Then there are many other small details that could be improved, like the TV; supply the room in the house with toilet paper, hand towels for each and kitchen towels; improve the kitchenware (there was only one frying pan); put WIFI (if it is a weekend it does not matter, but when you go for a week it is appreciated because some of us had to work); modernize the windows of the rooms since they are not practical (or they do not have a blind or they have a wooden shutter that does not insulate); spraying more often to avoid so many mosquitoes (we spent a fortune on spray and the barbecue area we could not enjoy because they shot you); and the raft / pool which unfortunately is covered practically all day by the shadow cast by the trees so the water is frozen and it is a pity because it is not fully enjoyed.

However, despite all the above, we have had some great days, but it is clear that with a little investment and desire, this house could earn a lot because the site has a lot of potential.

Excellent place to rest and disconnect with mountains for lovers of the rural and multiple beaches a stone's throw away.

The house is small and cozy and has great views of the town, but there are things to improve.
