Description of Penthouse O Donnell

Our accommodation is located within the province of Seville, and specifically, in the heart of the city, so you can walk to the main points of interest.

It is a house located on the third floor of the building,, next to which is a public parking lot where you can leave your car and start enjoying your vacation.

In terms of capacity, is initially for 6 people, although it can be expanded using the sofa beds, up to the maximum of 10 guests that they will have at their disposal:
  • A spacious dining room,, in which light is one of its pillars. It has on one side, the armchairs of which 2 of them can be made into a bed, and look towards the cabinet in which we have the t plasma television. Below is the dining table with its set of chairs.
  • There are 2 kitchens. One of them next to the living room,, and the second in another area of the house. We have a worktop where the appliances and the necessary kitchenware are located. In addition, in one of them there is a functional bar with stools. X
  • 3 spacious bedrooms, where one of them, in addition to the double bed, has a sofa bed. Then we have another bedroom with a double bed and the last one has 2 single beds.
    In addition, in the living room there is another sofa bed. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. X
  • 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a bathtub in each case, and all the covering is marble. We leave you a towel set per guest. In addition, bath gel and shampoo are available free of charge, as well as hair dryer and iron for clothes.

Already outside is the jewel, which is:
  • The impressive penthouse terrace. X
  • Furniture such as table and chairs, along with hammocks, so you can enjoy the views.
