O Grove is a municipality in the province of Pontevedra where you’ll be able to enjoy some spectacular views. It’s in the region of Salnés, at the gate of the Arousa estuary, which adds to the spectacular landscape.
In the past this municipality was once an island that, thanks to strong winds, was forced towards land by the O Bao isthmus that is now the A Lanzada beach, the most important beach in the area, creating a peninsula completely surrounded by water. It is with no doubt one of the attractions that entices tourists the most.
There are almost 11,000 people living in the territory, a statistic that drastically multiplies over the summer months, especially near the coastlines with the crystal water and white sand beaches.
