This accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of the Menorcan town of Sant Lluís, where you can enjoy the rural essence of this beautiful island.
It is a typical Menorcan rural house, with capacity for seven people, in the countryside, so you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, especially from outside the house.
We find a large garden that is divided into several areas, such as the landscaped solarium where you can lie in the sun and disconnect, or the area with games for children in the shade of the trees.
It also has a space with barbecue along with a outdoor table so that you can organize great feasts in the open air, as well as a nice porch that leads to the interior of the house.
The interior aesthetics of the house resembles its exterior, with white walls where wooden elements stand out, with a distribution on two floors.

On the ground floor we have the following rooms:

• A spacious and bright living room where you can rest on the soft sofa while enjoying a series or movie on the television, and in winter, in the heat of the wood stove. This same space houses the dining table r with its chairs in a classic style.

• It also has a large kitchen, in a rustic style with its wooden furniture, and perfectly equipped with modern appliances.

• The remaining rooms on this floor are, on the one hand, a room with a double bed and another with a single bed, with the possibility of adding two extra beds, together with a full bathroom.

The upper floor is made up of a spacious double room, with double bed and built-in bathroom with shower tray, and also access to a large terrace with great views.

We cannot forget to tell you that the house has its own garden, where you can provide seasonal fruits and vegetables courtesy of the owners.

Sant Lluís is a town in the south of the island of Menorca.

Its original inhabitants were French soldiers, in the middle of the 18th century, where the network of streets has taken, over time, the typical stamp of the Menorcan white villages.
We must highlight the church, perfectly integrated into the aesthetics of the town, as well as its old wheat mill, currently transformed as the Molí de Dalt, a ethnological museum.
