SHARED RURAL HOUSE

It is an accommodation with capacity for 2 people, being ideal for couples. In addition, you will find in the house everything you need for a romantic getaway. Features:

• Bedroom with double bed, surrounded by simple furniture, but in keeping with the rustic style of the ranch. Includes private bathroom.
• Bathroom with shower, which is integrated into the main room of the accommodation. This includes everything essential for the guests' cleanliness.

It also has a outdoor terrace with the best views for a romantic moment with that special person, where you can have breakfast or enjoy a warm dinner by candlelight.

LOVE RURAL HOUSE

This accommodation with capacity for 5 people maximum and is located on the first floor of the ranch, although it has a separate entrance from an outside staircase. Here are more details about the house:

• 3 full bedrooms to facilitate the rest of guests (one room with a single bed, one room with two single beds and another with a double bed)
• Bathroom. It is a spacious room with a shower and sink. The toilet is independent and includes everything necessary for guests to find the greatest comfort.
• Living room-kitchen. It is a spacious and bright room that integrates the living room with a kitchen in the center. Includes a large dining table, with its corresponding seats, as well as a comfortable sofa bed.

Outside it has private terrace space through which you access the house from the exterior stairs. Here you can enjoy the excellent views of the vineyards and the natural landscape that corresponds to the Sierra de la Pila Regional Park

RURAL HOUSE TENDER

This is a wheelchair accessible accommodation, which is also located on the ground floor of the house. This has capacity for 4 people and contains:

• 2 bedrooms. 
• Bathroom has an accessible shower well distanced from a bathtub. Includes the toilet in the same space.
• Living room-kitchen with fireplace. It is a large space that contains a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your most delicious recipes, including access to an outdoor seating area.

Outdoor seating area. It can be accessed through the kitchen and consists of an outdoor patio arranged so you can relax and enjoy the good climate of the area.

You should also know that Jumilla, known as the city of wine, is located approximately 40 kilometers from our accommodation. Likewise, you can also visit Fortuna (25 km away) or Archena (42 km away).
