In the heart of the Fragas de Eume Natural Park this rural house is located, specifically in the municipality of Monfero, within the province of A Coruña. A construction of the year 1924 in wood, stone and slate that has been able to adapt to modernities without losing its style and rustic essence.

With the capacity to shelter a maximum of 9 people, is intended for all nature lovers who want to go with family or a group of friends to enjoy one of the most characteristic natural environments of northern Spain while the daily routine is put aside.

The house offers guests all the necessary comforts and facilities in such a way that they feel at home. Adapted for people with reduced mobility, it is made up of the following rooms:

• A spacious kitchen fully equipped that has all the electrical appliances necessary for the tenants' day-to-day life. With wooden furniture that combines with the beams located on the ceiling. marble countertop in which a hole is made for the ceramic hob. The main characteristic of this room is its size, since it allows all the guests of the house to be cooking at the same time in a comfortable way. A window located on the kitchen wall is responsible for illuminating the area with natural light. The kitchen utensils are stored in the kitchen furniture, as well as the household items, the cutlery and the crockery.

• The living room is one of the most welcoming spaces in this accommodation, It has 2 armchairs with several seats that are located around a wooden table on which small decorative elements are supported. Large windows illuminate the room with natural light. Its stone walls leave space for small lamps that are responsible for lighting the room when night falls. In addition, there is a corner built in stone in which the fireplace is located, the protagonist on cold days. 2 small stools together with a basket full of firewood put the finishing touch to this area of ​​the house.

• The dining room is, in a separate room, it is composed of a wooden table with several chairs around it. A large space so that family reunions or gatherings of friends can be held. 2 large wooden furniture stores the rest of the tableware necessary for such special occasions. As in the living room, small lamps hung on the walls illuminate the room.

• 4 double bedrooms with a double bed in each of them. They are very spacious rooms to guarantee the comfort of the guests. Elegantly decorated with a perfect combination of its elements in which stone and wood take center stage. parquet floors in which different rugs are placed that give a warmer atmosphere to the bedrooms. Each one has a window that allows natural lighting during the day. wooden bedside tables that combine in turn with the wardrobes, designed so that guests can store their luggage.

• Each bedroom has a full bathroom inside, in this way the tenants hardly have to move. Made up of shower trays, the house offers guests the toilet products as well as the towels.

In the outdoor there is a magnificent garden with barbecue where tenants can celebrate a special occasion. In addition, to be able to carry out an event outdoors, there is a table with stone benches in one of the corners of the exterior of the house.

Finally, there is a parking so that guests can leave their vehicles safely.

Monfero is the municipality of Coruña in which this rural house builds its walls.
