Rural Las Eras

The accommodation is located in Valdelaguna, Community of Madrid, and is a house built in the 50s which was adapted in 2011 to serve as accommodation. It is an ideal accommodation for families, groups or couples. It is divided into :

• 2 apartments for a maximum of 12 people each.
• An apartment for couples.

Each of the spaces has a different name and personality. One of them is on the high floor of building and measures about 200 square meters. It has 5 double rooms y exterior. All beds come dressed in full.

It has a dining room with television and sofa bed. In addition to another room next to the kitchen. The kitchen comes with appliances and utensils.

It has 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. We offer basic toiletries and a set of towels per person.

On the outside there is the pool, barbecue and the picnic in a space of 180 square meters. It is an exclusive area of ​​this house.

The other apartment is located in the X It also has 5 double rooms ; all with their beds dressed and fully equipped. has 4 bathrooms, one of them enabled for people with reduced mobility.

It measures about 200 square meters and has living room with sofa bed and television. It also comes with a dining room and kitchen with appliances and utensils.

In the outdoor area is the patio with pool, picnic area and the barbecue exclusiva.

The apartment for couples is loft type, works since 2014 and has a modern and very careful furniture. It is divided by rooms and has its own wood burning fireplace.

La double bed comes dressed and with her pillows. It has a delicate living room with sofa, kitchen office with everything you need to feel at home and a dining room.
The bathroom is comfortable and we have a set of towels for each guest.

It has pool and barbecue on the outside.

The house is located in the town of Valdelaguna, about 50 kilometers from Madrid, in the middle of a rural environment within the urban area. It is located in the south of the community and borders the towns of Chinchón, Perales de Tajuña and Colmenar de Oreja. In Chinchón is one of the most beautiful squares in all of Madrid. You can also visit very nearby towns such as Perales de Tajuña and Colmenar de Oreja. Valdelguna, was built around the Church of the Assumption, whose tower was inaugurated in 2002. You can visit the Casa del Cura, a historic building as it houses the entire history of the town in documents that date back. to the 15th century.

From the Mirador de la Peña Huevera you have impressive views of everything that surrounds the town.

In the Jarama and Tajuña rivers you can fish and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The entire area is ideal for adventure activities such as horseback riding, hiking or paintball.
