- Multipurpose room, for common use, which has tables and chairs for 40 people (expandable), bar-type refrigerator, dishwasher and complete kitchenware.
- With dining area that has fireplace and barbecue to cook in a pleasant space. It also has a gas griddle, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. In addition, you have several sofas for rest.
