This wonderful rustic house is located in the center of Mallorca, what are your advantages ? The advantage of this location is that you can access any point on the island, all equidistant. This means that you can visit all the points of interest you want, at the same distance from all of them.

A private house outside of Sineu, one of the most central municipalities on the island.

This beautiful and cozy house, has an old building, but with all kinds of modern details. The furniture and decorative elements are from Mallorcan style. Everything has been adapted to a rural environment, but without leaving behind the necessary elements that offer comfort and wellness to the guests.

The house has with 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each one is decorated with classic motifs but with modern elements that adapt to the needs of its guests. The idea is to offer all the possible comforts to its visitors, while at the same time being a rural environment.

The house completes the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen fully equipped and a living area. The kitchen has: microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all kitchen utensil. In addition there is free WI-FI connection and satellite TV.

If we go to the outside of the farm, we can talk about the magnificent outdoor pool, waiting for a great and refreshing outdoor swim, surrounded by nature. On the other hand, there is the magnificent barbecue, which is accompanied by a small furnished porch to spend some evenings with a lot of charm.

You can also enjoy a solarium terrace. You can sunbathe while taking a delicious coolant.

The house is surrounded by gardens and lush trees. A natural environment, full of peace and tranquility, perfect to spend a few days of relax, not forgetting all the conveniences possible.

Being located in the center of the island, it's all advantages! 30-40 minutes by car, you can access almost all the cardinal points of the island.

The historical center of Sineu, where the house is located, is 6 minutes by car. There you can enjoy its medieval streets and a large artisan market, which offers several local products. The market is held every Wednesday.

If you want to visit other municipalities and do not have a vehicle, there is a very accessible train to get around. In the station has all the information of routes and prices.

The most interesting places of interest are:

• Parque Natural de Albufera: located in Alcudia and 18.5 km away. A walk through a natural space where you can see different types of vegetation and lagoon animals, such as frogs, toads, dragonflies, etc.
• Club de Gol f: the Golf Club Puntiró Mallorca is 25 km away.
• Sa Calobra: One of the most impressive coves on the island, since it is in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It is 40 km away.
