This rural house is located in the natural park of S´Albufera des Graus, in the Menorcan town of Maó.
We have the capacity to host between 4 and 6 people, which will be divided into 2 accommodations that are rented independently. These are:
A apartment consisting of a double bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen equipped and living room with television. In it you can also place supplementary beds for children.
A room in the attic, with a living room and a double bedroom with 2 beds. It is accessed from the terrace, through independent stairs.
Our house is built in an old defensive tower of the fourteenth century, so in the reform, both accommodations were set in the most traditional and rural way possible. The aesthetics of white constructions of the area have been maintained; as well as the original wooden beams of the tower.
These accommodations are located within a 200 -hectare family estate ; Very near the sea. Views of this one have from our furnished terrace with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy the outdoors and the wonderful landscape that surrounds us.

Our rural house is located within the most extensive natural park on the island. In addition, we are very low from the coves and beaches in the area, and a few kilometers from mahón.
Our house is surrounded by ancient prehistoric constructions, and walking to reach the beaches we can find countless of these, being able to see remains of an ancient talayotic town surprising.
A few kilometers from our house is the capital, Mahón, a coastal place that maintains the island charm, and where we can enjoy walks through its old town or the wonderful views from its port.
