This rural house is in the town of Alcudia, on the island of Mallorca. It has an impressive pool where you can immerse yourself and facilities that range from maximum comfort to entertainment. Without a doubt, it is the ideal accommodation to spend your holidays on the island.

With a maximum capacity for 9 people, its space consists of an interior area of ​​163 m2 divided into:

• 5 Bedrooms: three of them with 2 single beds, one with 1 single bed and the other with 1 double bed.

The rooms have a rustic design with tiled floors and stone walls. In them you will be able to see full-length mirrors, wooden and marble shelves or light entrances that illuminate them naturally, with views to the outside. They even have seats like rocking chairs.

• 4 very complete bathrooms, with bathtub or shower inside. One of them is outside, more practical, next to the chill out area on the terrace. The accommodation provides you with towels to make you feel at home and we also include a hair dryer.

• 1 Kitchen in wood with a matching and furnished dining room. The windows are large and have curtains to protect you from the sun or illuminate the space more. From them you will have views of the garden.

On your counter you can find a coffee maker if you need it and electrical appliances such as the oven. In the cabinets in front of the table are available the articles of the kitchenware and complete tableware.

• 2 Rooms if we count the living room of the apartment. In them you can find spaces such as a breakfast bar and stools that accompany it for your comfort in it. They also have access to the upper floor thanks to the stairs and views or direct access to the terrace.

You can access it through the large glass door that covers the wall. Thanks to it, this space has a lot of light.

As furniture, it has armchairs that make up the perfect rest area, as well as a flat screen television. The rocking chairs and the sofa are facing outwards.

The accommodation is divided into 2 floors and to go from one to the other, it has a spiral staircase. 2 bedrooms in the main house are double. On the other hand, 1 of the bathrooms is en-suite and another is exterior, so you can locate it on the terrace.

Outdoor zones include:

• 1 Terrace with c outdoor dining area covered by an umbrella. It is a space with a tiled floor that overlooks the pool area and towards the individual apartment. Here you will find a barbecue to enjoy with your companions.

• 1 Large outdoor pool to which you can access by steps from various points of the plot.

In front of it there are sunbeds for sunbathing and parasols. It also has a outer bed for greater comfort. The pool has integrated stairs to access inside the pool.

• Garden with vegetation, throughout the plot. In it you will find all the entertainment areas and also a playground for the little ones.

• Parking area free on the premises.

The set of the finca also includes a separate apartment for guests, which has 2 single beds and 1 bathroom. This accommodation also has all the necessary amenities for you to enjoy a stay full of comfort.

This holiday home is located in the north of the island of Mallorca, the largest of the Balearic archipelago. Surrounded by the natural environment of the Mediterranean Sea and its beaches with transparent waters, it is next to the town of Alcudia, formerly known as Pollentia.

If you like the coast, you can enjoy activities such as the snorkel and stretches of sand or rocky places where you can relax:

• Platja des Morer Vermell, the closest to the house. It is sandy and very clean, although it has no services.

• Mal Pas Beach, has a medium occupancy level in summer and natural charm.

• Cala San Vicente, next to the cliffs of the Sierra de Tramontana, a unique place and one of the best on the island.

On the other hand, you will have at your fingertips the historic Alcudia and its streets, where various civilizations once circulated.

Here you will have different restaurant and leisure areas available, but what attracts the most attention are undoubtedly the remains of the wall that surrounds it.
