Our rural house located in the town of La Zubia, province of Granada, allows the option of being leased completely or, otherwise, by rooms independiente.

In any case, this house of 2 floors has a total of 4 rooms that are divided as follows:

• 2 double rooms with single beds.
• A room with double bed and private bathroom.
• A room with, in addition to a double bed, a single for a total of 3 guests and private bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning systems and windows or balconies overlooking the property's impressive private patio. Also, they have wardrobe, television and auxiliary table.

The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, being 2 of them inside the rooms with double bed. All are full bathrooms with bath or shower at ground level and including different toiletries and towels for personal hygiene of each tenant. In case of being rented by rooms, each one of those that do not have a toilet inside, have assigned one of those that are external to these. One of the bathrooms has the washing machine inside.

There is a cozy living room in the apartment. It is located on the ground floor, has a comfortable sofas, television, side table, large window, garden access door and air conditioning. At one end of this room is the spiral staircase that gives access to the upper floor of the house.

Adjoins with the living room the kitchen, where there is a dining table and numerous appliances. The impressive ceilings of this place in the house, with wooden beams and sheets, provide a more rustic character even taking into account that the furniture is also of this material.

The exterior of the property has a large pool, a porch with different garden furniture next to a barbecue, hammocks and even a swing to enjoy the good summer temperatures of Granada. It is worth mentioning the different plantations that this beautiful garden has.

The house has private parking, pets and offers WIFI connection.

The home environment allows you to enjoy countless different activities: sporting events and live shows, social culture tour, gastronomic route, bike rides (available for free ) or on foot in the surrounding area, skiing on Sierra Nevada or play sports such as XX
But not only is it at the epicenter of such an emblematic place as Sierra Nevada, but it is only 5 kilometers away on the river of Dilar and Aguas Blancas.

Also, there are innumerable services of restaurants, supermarkets and other establishments that could be needed during the stay.

Very well connected with the city of Granada, it would be a sin not to visit places like The Alhambra, the Generalife, the Albaicín neighborhood or the wonderful Cathedral of the capital.
