Description of Señorío de Monterruiz
We are in houses of Santa Cruz, a small district belonging to the municipality of Villanueva de la Jara, in the province of Cuenca.
From the municipal capital they separate us approximately 11 kilometers; and, from the city of Cuenca, just over an hour of road journey.
In an environment surrounded by nature is our farm, which occupies an surface of some 3,000 meters and where you can enjoy agriculture and wine tourism activities.
Within the farm, a house is raised whose origin goes back to the 18th century and that we rent by rooms, having a total of 4 double bedrooms.
The rooms retain the atmosphere and rural style of the past, covering their roofs with wooden beams, in combination with the color of the soil and the furniture.
