Sierra Mojantes

We are located at outskirts of Archivel, in Murcia, in a quiet place surrounded by the nature of the countryside and the views of the mountains. Here we have a construction with 2 rural houses that have accepted new modern utilities without renouncing the rustic style that characterizes them.

The houses retain stone walls and wooden beams that allude to the old village buildings. The treatment of color in the decoration and design of furniture tries not to break this illusion.

The 2 houses available, although different in style and location, are identical in features. La Casa 1 está located on the ground floor while House 2 is on the first floor. In the whole house there is heating and hot water.

In the houses have 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one twin to house in each house to a 8 people, a number that suggests a large family or group of friends who find a perfect place to spend a great vacation .

It is added to the rooms available in each house lounge, rustic style and with sofa next to the wood fireplace. We also have a TV, excellent option to watch movies and be entertained on an afternoon when you do not want to leave.

in kitchen with stove and microwave, you will find all the necessary utensils and essential to not forget our special home-cooked meal, and still be able to consume so far from home. In the same area we will find the washing machine and an iron, for the maintenance of our clothes.

Each house has its own full bathroom, with shower and toiletries included.

Outside we have common areas for both houses. The first one we will probably use will be the parking area, where we can leave our vehicle. Of course, we will attract more the terraces with barbecues and outdoor furniture for outdoor dining, and a wide pool with showers and sun loungers on the margin. The children will be in their sauce in the swingspace prepared for them.

Archivel is a charming town, where we can contemplate the remains of a Roman castle from the time of Julius Caesar, in the Cerro de las Fuentes, and a celtíbera necropolis of great antiquity.

The Sierra de Mojantes is close to the house, and has the largest buitrera in the region, as well as the highest mass of Caravaca de la Cruz.

The location of Caravaca de la Cruz, in fact, is located 17 kilometers from Archivel. It is listed as one of the 5 holy cities of the Catholic Church, and as such has many religious buildings.

The surroundings of the town are also planted with archaeological sites. Of special interest is Cueva Negra, a rocky shelter with Paleolithic remains, among which the oldest remains of campfire in Europe stand out.

There is also another site, that of Begastri, occupied until the 11th century, when it was moved to Cehegín by the Arab presence in the area.
