Singularvillas- Villa Rosa

Spectacular villa with an extensive estate around it and capacity to accommodate up to 14 guests, in the charming town of Padrón, south of the province of A Coruña.

In this accommodation your visitors will be able to enjoy:

• 5 double-sized bedrooms, 3 of them with a pair of twin single beds arranged next to each other, although of course they can be perfectly separated if necessary; the remaining 2 have double beds. All of them are designed in a modern style that collects classic elements to give them a little twist towards something more playful visually. The rooms are as spacious as they are bright, as far as possibilities are concerned, thanks to the fact that they have exterior projection and have large windows, so if the day is sunny they will enjoy good natural lighting.

• The living room, which is located in a glazed gallery in what would be 3 of its four walls, proposes a space for dialogue and rest, in which there is a set of table with four chairs that could be a perfect corner to have coffee., right next to this we would find the typical living room with sofas, 3 triplets arranged around a coffee table and all of this orchestrated around the piece of furniture on which the television rests.

• The kitchen, also in a remodeled classic style, although without losing its essence, is fully equipped, has a huge table and six seats around it, providing adequate space for breakfast, since from it you can see the peaceful image of the garden, to which you have direct access.

• Between the rest room, where the television was and the kitchen, is where there is a large dining room of sublime elegance that has capacity for 6 people for the seats available, although for space of course you can accommodate many more guests. At one end of the room there is a reclining sofa next to a window that looks like the perfect reading corner .

• The house has 3 full bathrooms, 2 of them with shower and another with bathtub, in addition, of course, the rest of the basic toilets typical of a toilet.

• In the lower part of the house there is a games room with a fireplace, bar, ping-pong table and a small pool table.

• The most spectacular thing about the estate is its outdoor spaces, which include very extensive garden areas, in which multiple corners have been arranged for rest, with puffs, sun loungers, Balinese beds, some set composing a charming chill-out and all this around a large pool . Also in this huge patio there is a built-in barbecue .

Despite being an urban space, we cannot fail to see green and contained nature that makes its way through the granite constructions typical of the Galician community, where plants, moss and lichens make their way everywhere.
One of the ornamental spaces that take advantage of the natural irrigation provided by the Atlantic climate is the Botanical-artistic Garden, in which up to 300 different species are displayed in all their splendor that include what is their own and what is foreign, as can be seen in the Finisterrae exhibition, which does not mean that the floral specimens are from Finisterre, but rather from the farthest limit with respect to Galicia, thus we find in this corner red sequoia, palm trees from Senegal or horse chestnut. Another magnificent sample, although less spectacular, is the Parque del Espolón.

Being in this town cannot be ignored the influence of a great author of Spanish literature, Galician letters and a feminist icon such as Rosalía de Castro, since she lived here an important period of her life, it is where she has been dedicated a museum that brings together all his works, placing them in the context of the time with informative materials that will explain the importance of his figure, in the literary and social spheres. In addition to the museum there is also a Rosalina Route, which reconstructs her steps by telling us about her customs.
