This rural house is located on a farm of 2000 square meters, with garden, barbecue, garden and chicken coop.

The house has 2 floors and is capable of accommodating 10 people. Therefore, we recommend accommodation for a couple of families or even a group of friends. If you want to spend quiet days, surrounded by nature, this is your place.

All the accommodation has a rustic feel, as they highlight the stone and wood to have built it. In addition, you can see different frescoes that decorate the walls of the house.

There are 5 bedrooms, some of which have large beds, while others include 2 single beds. They have balconies in some cases from which you can enjoy great views of the entire environment surrounding the house. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor while the last one is on the ground floor.

On the ground floor we have:

• We have a living room that has fireplace, 2 sofas and television, a dining room with a table so they can eat 12 people.
• You will also find a kitchen with the most important things you may require in your stay as appliances (microwave or refrigerator, among others) and the rest of kitchenware and utensils so you can cook and eat comfortably.
• A bathroom, complete, where you can find the clothes that we provide.
• A small living room to spend leisure time, like a game to the cards in the sobremesas.

On the second floor you have:

• 4 bedrooms.
• A bathroom, so you do not have to go up and down stairs every time you need to go.
• A library area, perfect for lovers of reading, with your desk and chair for you to sit comfortably.

The outside of the farm allows us to enjoy an extensive and fantastic plot that has pine or fir, where you will find a covered area for lunch or dinner, a barbecue, an orchard and 10 chickens. At all times the song of the birds will accompany you.

Its location offers you the opportunity to go to Pedraza, where you can see its main square, full of arcades or its immense castle, built 9 centuries ago but remodeled 7 ago, so it is kept in good condition.

As natural landscapes you can visit the Hoces del Duratón. E l River, in its path, is forming a landscape between mountains very beautiful to see, in addition, you can see in the mountains themselves some monuments such as hermitages.

The National Park of Guadarrama is a good option to know nature. Here oaks, oaks and junipers grow, and animals such as the mountain goat, deer, wild boar or fox live.
