Our rural house is located in berries, a coastal people of the Peninsular Northern. More specifically, it belongs to the province of Asturias.

The house, located at the outskirts of the center, is easily recognizable, since its facade is painted with an intense yellow color and has balconies built with a traditional architecture typical of the province.

To adapt to all types of audiences and preferences, the house can be rented by rooms or in its entirety, having a maximum capacity for 16 people (2 in additional bed).

Inside there are a total of 6 rooms, of which:

• A room is adapted for people with reduced mobility, standing on the lower floor.

• 4 bedrooms are double, with 2 beds of 90 cm or a marriage.

• A room quadruple located in the attic. 

The rooms follow a decorative line of simple and discreet lines and light colors, to guarantee the maximum rest during the nights. However, they are equipped with all the qualities and has each of their own bathroom.

The rest of the rooms of the inner, form:

• The living room, a wide and elongated space located on the ground floor. For decoration, orange and toasted tones have been chosen that perfectly combine with the rustic wood of roofs, windows and soil. Regarding its distribution, we differentiate several zones: a dining area, with table and furniture with complete dishes; a living room, with sofas and television ; and a reading space, with sofas and library.

• The cuisine, a space for you to prepare your own meals with products in the area. To do this, you will have utensils and appliances. 

In the exterior, you will find:

• A covered terrace, with barbecue and garden furniture, formed by tables and chairs.

• A large landscaped space, to enjoy during the days of good weather.

In the surroundings of the house you can give bicycle walks with the whole family, since we are about several cycling itineraries that surround the coast and allow to see a precious panoramic view of the coast.

Among the closest beaches, is the beach of El Regueru, a little massive rural environment where underwater fishing is frequent. 

Within the town there is a set that has been declared as natural monument: the island of Deva and Playón de Bayas:

• The island of La Deva is about 300 meters from the coast. In it they nest many birds of different species, highlighting the seagulls and herons.

• The berries is the most length sand of Asturias, extending along 3 km. In its immediate vicinity, there is a pedestrianized path to enjoy the landscape.
