The Marshall House

Our accommodation is located 2 kilometers from the town of Mas de las Matas. A nice village of the province of Teruel.

We are located in a isolated area, where you will have all the privacy you want. A quiet place, where you will be at all times in contact with nature.

The house with 2 floors is for for a maximum of 6 people. Perfect if you want to spend unforgettable days with your group of friends or family.

It has 70 m² spread over 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with barbacoa.

The bedrooms of the house ( one double and the other with 2 single beds ) are perfect to rest during the night. These rooms are spacious so you do not have space problems. To store belongings, we have cabinets and bedside tables.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, kitchen utensil) so you can cook some delicious recipes.

The lounge-dining room, is intended for relaxation. It has a set of sofa (sofa bed) and armchairs so you can watch TV without having to worry about anything. For cold days, the stay has a wood fireplace to liven up the place.

Mas de las Matas is a town rich in heritage. It has several places of interest that you should not miss if you come to the municipality.

These places are scattered throughout the town. Next, we are going to recommend some of these sites.

• Parish Church of San Juan Bautista: It has suffered 2 important destructions, but during the 1940s it was again rehabilitated.
• Hermitage of Santa Flora: During the years of life that it has, it has been destroyed and built on different occasions.
• Hermitage of Santa Barbara: It had a very short life, since it was built in 1777 and was destroyed in 1840.
• House of the Villa: It was built around 1652 and has undergone abundant transformations.
• Casa Zárate: Dating from the 18th century and located on Calle Mayor.
• Flour mill: The oldest mill in our area was that of Kamarón, today it is in ruins.
• Public Sinks: Sinks that were made so that people could wash in the streets. The place dates from the second half of the XVIII century.

In the area where we are, there are several hiking trails, where you can learn about the flora and fauna that surrounds the house. During the season of fishing, you can go fishing to one of the nearest rivers.

And for motor lovers, we have at 30 minutes Motorland circuit. Where motorcycle races are held during the year.
