Our accommodation is located within the province of Barcelona, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility within the town of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
It is , a spectacular house in which you will find all kinds of rooms and comforts inside that will make you feel at home.
In terms of capacity, it is a house of 1380 square meters designed for a maximum of 14 people who will find the rooms that we detail below, spread over its 3 floors:

- A large living room space, in which we have a large space and windows with views to the outside, as well as upholstered armchairs that face the front where there is the wood-burning fireplace and also the plasma television. Adjacent is a second living room with armchairs and television next to a large dining table with chairs.
- A leisure space next to the living room in which the pool table is located. Although it is not the only space to have fun, since on the upper floor we have a rest room with a sofa and desk, and another with a sofa next to the windows and a television with games. X
- A large and elegant kitchen-dining room, in which you will find a large countertop that has cabinets in which you will find kitchenware and appliances to cook at home. In the center, we have a wooden table with its set of chairs to eat what you have cooked.
- 6 bathrooms spacious and equipped so that they all have a modern shower, and in one case you will even find a jacuzzi to relax.
- 7 large bedrooms that are spread across the different floors of the accommodation. In all of them, we have a large double bed that comes with an upholstered headboard and that has closets so you can leave your clothes. They all have the best exterior views.
- In addition, in the semi-basement we have a soundproofed cinema room, in addition to having a gym and SPA area with hammam, jacuzzi, massage room and everything you can imagine to relax.
- A magnificent elongated porch where the gas barbecue is located, with a table and armchairs next to it.
- A spectacle and even a massage room. X

We rented it for the whole family and it has been a week to always remember. Nothing is missing, cleanliness and quality of everything, excellent. Kitchen more complete than that of any house. Nobody wanted to leave the house because... there was no need! There are so many different things to enjoy there, you don't want your stay to end.
I can only encourage whoever reads this to definitely rent it. It is very worth the experience. With friends or family. Just 12 minutes away is San Cugat to buy what you need or go out. Supermarkets even closer. Glovo carries everything (restaurants, supermarkets and stores). Very easy to get to from Barcelona Station or Airport (25 minutes by car).
