Our rural house is in El Barraco, Ávila, in the region of Alto Alberche.

The accommodation has a capacity for 10 people in total and is fully rented.

These are old houses that were completely renovated to convert them into rural accommodation. The result is charming, as it still retains the rustic aesthetic. Although it maintains its original layout, it is a brand new house. In short, here you can find the the perfect combination of field and comforts. The façade is the proof, since it still preserves the original stones, but the windows and balconies are new and with green tones, so as not to break the harmony.
In the outdoor areas, only 5 minutes from the house walking, there is a pool with curvilinear edges that add a very attractive touch. However, the most important thing is that is completely fenced off all around, since the security of the entire family is fundamental for us. We also have a plot in front of the house, where there are several barbecues and a large covered picnic table. In this space you can enjoy fantastic evenings all together.
In the house there are 6 rooms among which the guests will be divided. Two of which are singles, while the remaining 4 are doubles. The decoration is very rustic, predominantly wood, wrought iron and stone. In addition, almost all the ceilings retain the exposed beams.
There is also a bath with all the components.
The kitchen has all the appliances, including washing machine or hob, to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The living room is a key room in our accommodation, since it is a pleasant and family room. This sensation is provided mainly by the wood-burning fireplace that presides over the living room and fostered by armchairs and wing sofas. It also has television and a large dining table for all guests.
Traditional architecture is not incompatible with comfort. For this reason, our objective is to offer the client all the services without losing the cozy country atmosphere. For this purpose, we put at your disposal a series of services:

• Heating throughout the house.
• Hot water.
• Information about the environment
• First aid kit doctor.

The region of Alto Alberche is a beautiful area with a vast natural wealth. The Alberche River bathes these lands, drawing a steep orography. It is the easternmost part of the Sierra de Gredos.

The natural reserve of the Iruelas Valley surrounds our house. In it, there is the reservoir of El Burguillo, one of the reservoirs where bathing and the practice of nautical sports is allowed.
As far as the town is concerned, it also has places to visit. The Barraco has, for example, the so-called "New Bridge" which was actually built in I BC. roughly by the Romans. You can also see the hermitage of La Piedad, the church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción or the Casa Consistorial, a very beautiful building.
