Tío Claudio II

This rural house is located in the Avilesa region of Alto Alberche, more specifically in the beautiful town of El Barraco, that together with its fantastic and varied natural environment create a perfect atmosphere of enjoyment and escape ideal for our getaway.
The facade maintains a sober air, typical of the old mansions in the area, which is far from the interior decoration in which there are rustic details such as the bare stone of some of its walls, the wood of furniture and bare beams, as well as the decorative ornaments typical of the farm.
With a maximum capacity for 10 people, the rooms in this house are divided into 2 floors, as follows:

• An area in which the living room come together, with very comfortable sofas next to a television and a fireplace ideal for cold days and create an intimate atmosphere, a open kitchen where we can have the utensils and basic appliances S A wooden table as a dining room that separates both parts, these are the most fundamental of a house and especially for the meeting of all the guests, so their union facilitates the grouping of all our guests in a comfortable way.

• 6 rooms, 2 of them being singles and the other 4 doubles, having double and single beds, fully furnished in wood allowing us to unpack and feel at home.

• A bathroom equipped with everything necessary to complete our comfort, including a spacious shower.

In the common areas, to be shared with the rest of the complex, we have the possibility of using the incredible barbecues, which we can enjoy at the picnic areas that accompany them.
We can even take a dip, to cool off from the warmer months, in the wonderful pool , which is located just 5 minutes walk from the house.

The rural house is located in the beautiful town of El Barraco, within the Alto Alberche region, a beautiful and ideal area for nature lovers, receiving its name from the Alberche river that irrigates the area, located in the Sierra de Gredos in its easternmost location.
For those people interested in outdoor sports and cooling off on the hottest days, bordering our house is the Iruelas Valley Natural Park, in whose interior, and very close, our is the reservoir of El Burguillo .

But we should not go very far to enjoy the beauty and tranquility, because in the town itself we have places of great interest, especially cultural and architectural, such as the Puente Nuevo, built in the 1st century BC, or the majestic church of Our Lady of the Assumption.
