Tio Virgilio

The rural house is located within a tourist complex, and has a total maximum capacity of 4 beds. This accommodation is located within a large farm with trees and countless plants, and also has furnished area and barbecue.
The house is organized with 2 double bedrooms, in addition to the common kitchen area and living room with dining room. The 2 bedrooms have the following distribution:

• One of them with 2 single beds, which is located in the tower of the building,
• Another, with double bed, which also has a large dressing room.

There is in the house a complete bathroom, very spacious and with a spacious shower tray.
The residence, as a common space, has a old-style kitchen, where the dining room and the rest area are also combined. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is collected on one of the walls of the room. On the opposite wall, there is a large work fireplace, which is used to heat the rest of the house. Between both points, there is a table with dining chairs, and an armchair as a rest area.
This house, perfect for families, also has a barbecue outside. Located inside a porch, the barbecue shares space with a large marble table, that allows you to prepare meals and eat outdoors.
In addition, and as a common area shared with the rest of the rural accommodations, the house has a large fenced farm . Walking through this space you can enjoy both the Castilian landscape and the great variety of plant species that exist.
It is worth noting from our house, the possibility of managing and reserving a nearby hunting ground to our farm, where you can enjoy the art of hunting, or training for prey or sample dogs.
If you are a large group, you can rent the other house in the complex.

South of Albacete, in the localida de Nerpio, is where we are. It is surrounded by different natural landscapes, such as the Taibilla River, the Sierra del Segura, or the whole of the Sierra de las Cabras Natural Reserve.

The town where we are located is a historical municipality and has a prehistoric museum, that collects different caves in the area where prehistoric remains have been found. The most important is that of Solana de las Covachas, where today cave paintings are kept.

The natural environment of our house allows us to enjoy both different characteristic animals, such as the golden eagle or hawks, as well as different plant species that grow in the area around us. The Reserva de las Cabras should be highlighted as a natural environment.

From our house, you can also visit the Taibilla River Reservoir, a place where you can enjoy indoor baths.
