Valdepalomas Turismo Rural

Valdepalomas was born to make the most of the natural resources of the region. A rural accommodation located a few kilometers from the Avila municipality of El Tiemblo.

Built in 2008, the house is ideal for large groups and families, because it has a capacity to house up to 28 people.

It is located inside a farm of about 10,000 m2, entre trails, forests and areas to cool off in the river Tórtolas.

It is rented by groups, and has 450 m2 of extension, divided into two floors:

• Ground floor distributed between living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

The living-dining room has an area of ​​50m2, with sofas, several dining tables, a fireplace and a small table between both. In the dining area there is a table with chairs to be used for meals. There is the possibility of coupling more tables.

The kitchen, American style, is fully equipped with electrical appliances, and has 2 refrigerators for the convenience of visitors.

Its 2 bathrooms are perfectly equipped for the use of people with disabilities.

The plant is completed by 3 double rooms and 1 with a double bed. All with fitted wardrobes.

This plant communicates with the garden of 300m2, recreation space of the house with picnic, pool de 8x4 and playground for the little ones.

• Upper floor divided into 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms.

It has 2 full bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms. 1 of the rooms is with a double bed and another with 4 beds. All of them with built-in wardrobes and possibility of including extra beds.

The single beds and the extra beds are 0.90m, and the double beds have dimensions of 1.50m. All the rooms of the house are exterior.

Bed linen and bath towels are included.

The game room is in the basement. It has ping-pong table, collection of games, books and paintings.

In case more space is needed, the house has another independent stay within the farm itself. "La Casita del Guardés" has a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.

There is heating in all rooms of the house, and also La Casita del Guardés also has heating and hot water thanks to an electric heater.

Valdepalomas offers the visitor the possibility of carrying out different group workshops depending on the time of year. Among them photograph, mushroom picking, beekeeping...

The farm has a small domestic farm which can be accessed and contemplate your mare, ducks, chickens and other animals that inhabit it.

It is located in full Valle de Iruelas Natural Reserve, a site of interest as well as for its more than 600 specimens of vegetation, for being a zone of protection for birds. Among the forests of the place inhabits the black vulture.

Visitors who come to El Tiemblo can see the famous four figures of the Toros de Guisando, the Monastery and the Hermitage.

Of enormous beauty is El Castañar, especially in autumn. This peaceful enclave has tables to enjoy lunch in the countryside.
