Venero Claro

This house is located on the outskirts of Navaluenga, in the province of Ávila. It is strategically located in the middle of nature, in the Sierra de Gredos, between the Burguillo reservoir, the Alberche river and the natural pools.

It is a perfect accommodation for large groups or families, being able to accommodate up to 28 people, but it will not be shared in any case with other groups even if you do not fill their places.
On the farm there are 2 houses, one is the main one and the other is smaller.
The dwelling in question consists of 11 rooms in total distributed among the 2 houses and is located on a farm of more than 4,000 square meters.

As for the exterior, it has everything you need so that you do not have to leave the plot. There you will find a pool with hammocks for exclusive use so you can spend the hottest moments of summer. You can also use the wood-burning barbecue which is located next to the small house and very close by is a children's play area, so that the little ones also have fun. Inside the farm there is a covered garage with space to store between 8 and 10 cars.
Once inside the house you will find:

• 11 rooms in the main house plus 1 room in the small house. These rooms are of different types and places. Each room is decorated in a bright color and combined with wood to give it the rustic style typical of rural accommodations. In these rooms you will find a combination of ca plus double beds and single beds, arranged to accommodate many people. All the space is very used and in the same rooms you will find everything you need to rest, such as sheets and blankets.

• 5 full bathrooms for common use and 2 toilets within 2 of the rooms. Part of these bathrooms have bathtub and others, a shower tray to adapt them to people with little mobility. They all have the necessary towels so you don't have to bring anything from home.

• A living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace perfect for relaxing and spending leisure time in winter. In the living room you will find games and information about the area in case what you want is to go on an excursion or do adventure activities.

• A independent kitchen fully equipped that includes the possibility of hiring a kitchen service, in case you prefer others to cook for you. This kitchen has several dining tables so that large groups are the more comfortable, the better.

It is a perfect house for very large groups. In addition, it has been recently renovated and adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has areas for children to rest and play, so the whole family can come, from the youngest to the oldest. And the area allows activities for all tastes. Whatever you are, you have a place in our house.

And if you want to get away a little from the farm, but not much, a few kilometers away you will find the Valle de Iruelas Natural Reserve as far as the Alberche river reaches and which is one of the most beautiful places in our country. .
