Villa Abona

Villa Abona is a rural accommodation built in an old block of the XIX century, south of Tenerife. It has between 5 and 7 seats, and has a terrace with views. In the shared outdoor area, there is a private parking, and a jacuzzi.

The house, on one level, has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has 3 single beds, and the other a double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms for the guests of our house.

The common area has a large room with seats and a sofa bed for two people, so that the total number of seats in the house is completed. The dining room is located in the kitchen, which is equipped in its entirety, both with large and small appliances, as with household and tableware.

This accommodation is situated within a larger complex, and shares with another villa a beautiful outdoor area. In that outdoor space, the jacuzzi is located, that is shared with another house plus, as well as the private use parking for our visitors.

This house was the old stable and cellar of the main house, and has been reformed in its entirety to turn it into rural accommodation. All the services and amenities of today have been introduced, maintaining the aesthetics of the house. The stone and clay walls give a very cozy look to our house, as well as the decoration and the well-kept furniture.

Our rural house is located in the municipality of Arico, within the village of Arico el Nuevo. It is situated at 500 meters of altitude, and because of the scarce distance that exists, it allows to know natural landscapes such as the Natural Park of the Forest Crown o the Natural Monument of the Mountain Sentinel, as well as beaches and places of interest.

Arico is a town inhabited for centuries, and proof of this are some of the monuments and archaeological remains that still remain today. In this municipality it allows to know the old Caserío de Ico, a stone building of the pre-Hispanic era, which has been considered Asset of Cultural Interest.

Whoever visits our house, will be able to know the Natural Park of Corona Forestal, an area conformed mainly by forests that surround the area of ​​ Teide.
In addition, from Villa Abona you can visit different beaches of the island, such as Playa de Aguadulce or Playa de Cueva de la Arena.
