Villa Butxaco

If you are looking for a place to stay on your vacation in Mallorca, we propose this traditional Mallorcan style country house so that you can enjoy a complete rural experience.
The house is located in the outskirts of the town of Pollença, so the tranquility and privacy are in equal parts, to be able to disconnect completely during the stay.
It has space for six people, so you can be accompanied by your friends or family during your getaway.
If there is something that you will enjoy, we are sure that it will be the exteriors of the house, where, if you travel with children, you can have a great time running around the garden, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool.

To spend the afternoons, you can settle in on the covered terrace, or even, a little later, organize dinner at the barbecue and eat outdoors.
The access to the interior of the house is done through a beautiful wooden door, on the terrace, and you will find a space of two floors with a decoration that has preserved its rustic touch, which distributes the rooms of the following form:

• Ground Floor

The first area that we find is the dining room, with a wooden table so that you can all meet at lunchtime, and which leads to the living room, equipped with two sofas opposite the fireplace and the television. In addition, next to the living room you will have a small rest room, and a practical toilet.

The kitchen, also on this floor, is quite spacious and is fully equipped so that you can cook whenever you want.

• First Floor

This space is dedicated to rest, since it houses the three rooms of the house. On the one hand, we have the main bedroom, which has a double bed and access to its own bathroom, and on the other, the two remaining rooms, with a pair of beds each, shared by another bathroom equipped with shower.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
