Enjoy your holidays in this magnificent Mallorcan villa with all the essence of the rural environment, where you can disconnect from your routine and relax and have fun in equal measure.
The rural house is located in the middle of the countryside, but a short distance from the port of Pollença, in Mallorca, which will allow you, at the same time, to know its beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters.
Its occupation is for eight people, and you can have all the rooms and outdoor areas in a totally private way.
The house consists of two floors, and if we go into them, we will discover a modern space with a certain rustic air in some decorative details.
The rooms that you can find are:

• The living room: a room of great spaciousness and luminosity that opens its way to the outdoor terrace, and which has several sofas and a Smart TV with entertainment platforms included, so you can relax while enjoying a good movie or your favorite series.

• The kitchen: also large, it has with a dining area, in addition to being equipped with modern furniture and appliances.

• 4 double rooms: is divided into two rooms with a double bed and two rooms with a pair of beds, including in all of them, storage space such as closet or dresser.

• 3 bathrooms: a toilet is located in the outside of the house, while the other two, inside the house is distributed one on each floor.

And if there is something that you will enjoy, that will be the entire outdoor area, which consists of a large garden with a wooded area, under which you will find furniture to sit in the shade, in addition to the pool, surrounded of a solarium equipped with sun loungers and a relaxing Balinese bed.

You will also find the chill out area, with its own charm due to the stone arches that surround it, or the covered terrace that in addition to tables and garden chairs, has a bar counter and barbecue, along with a fun table football in which to play a game with yours.

The port of Pollença is located at Mallorca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a fairly touristy area, but it is an ideal place to enjoy its beaches or the small coves that dot the area, all of them with some incredible blue and turquoise waters that allow you to see the seabed with total transparency.
But if you are looking for something more rural, you can always go to the old town of Pollença, located further inland of the area, and that in its beautiful streets exudes that charm of its traditional architecture.
