Villa Flavina

We present you an exclusive accommodation located on the outskirts of the Burgos town of San Vicente de Valle, where you can enjoy a relaxed stay without annoying noises, thus forgetting about stress.

It is a country house with a rustic exterior built with stone, but with a surprising contemporary style interior, where large spaces and large windows with views to the outside and a pleasant S night lighting stand out.
The house has a capacity for a total of six people, and has the following rooms:

• The living room

It consists of a spacious sofa in white color located next to the wood fireplace, which provides a pleasant warmth on cold days, and with a television screen on a floor stand. All this in front of the large windows of the room that let in a large amount of light, making the entire room very bright.

• The dining room

On the opposite side of the room, we find a large glass table combined with several white chairs and from where can access the spacious terrace exterior.

• The kitchen

It is located between the two previous spaces, and consists of a semicircular island, where the ceramic hob is located, with several more appliances, and also kitchenware and kitchen utensils.

• Toilet

Sharing the floor with the dining room, there is access to a practical toilet with modern-style toilets.

• Bedrooms

On the top floor, we will find two rooms. On the one hand, the main bedroom, with a large double bed and equipped with a hypnotizing bioethanol stove in the shape of a circle, as well as a spacious Jacuzzi with relaxing views to the outside and television S. In addition, this room includes access to a modern style full bathroom, with a rain effect shower.

On this floor we also find another double room that houses a double bed with a large, very bright window.

• Basement

This floor houses a third bedroom that includes a double bed together with a sofa bed, so that, in case of need, the capacity can be expanded to its maximum, and e the third bathroom of the house, being also complete

• Exterior

We will find a large garden with a pergola, under which we will find various furniture, such as a garden swing, as well as a mobile barbecue.

The whole house has WiFi connection a internet, in addition to including air conditioning throughout the year, through air conditioning and heating.

San Vicente del Valle is a small town in the Burgos region region of the Montes de Oca.
