Villa La Medina

We found our house in a closed urbanization at the foot of Montgó, in the town of Dénia (Alicante). It is an impressive and white villa surrounded by gardens, trees and magnificent views, close to beautiful landscapes as well as services, such as restaurants and supermarkets, which nourish the accommodation and make it a perfect place to spend a few days with all the amenities in the Valencian coast.

The house has 2 bedrooms, with capacity for 5 people enjoy 5 nights (minimum stay) in this peaceful place. In one of the bedrooms we will find a double bed, and in the other 2 single beds, with the possibility of adding a supletoria.

The dining room, with modern furniture and an excellent layout, is perfect to sit and watch the television and enjoy a snack, or just relax and plan the visits during the stay. It is a bright room, with its windows and double glazed door, which gives access to the outdoor terrace.

In the kitchen the guest will be happy to check that you have everything you need to prepare delicious dishes to accompany your stay and not make you miss your home too much. In addition to the usual household items, there is a dishwasher that will help save time when washing the dishes.

On the outside of the house we can enjoy a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors and the peace that is breathed in the urbanization, sitting on one of the chairs and with a drink, to play or chat for a while. The vehicle will be comfortably parked in a private parking area. For the hottest days, the tenants can make use of one of the 2 community swimming pools, private and for the sole use of the inhabitants of the urbanization.

We are in Dénia, an excellent place dedicated to tourism, with a great gastronomic offer (it has been declared Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO ) and leisure for children and adults. There are numerous marinas and entertainment venues. In addition, Dénia's cultural legacy is also fascinating, as it features an impressive castle on the main hill, its Torre del Gerro and several museums.

To the south of Dénia, and in view of the eye, is the Natural Park of Montgó, whose hill has an abrupt descent on the sea. In it you can find a lot of karstic formations and cave systems, among which Cueva del Aguaua (Cova de L'Aigua) stands out, with a pond in the background that turned it into a water tank for Romans and a cistern for the Arabs, who reinforced their walls with clay and stone.

Further south, we will reach the eastern end of Alicante: the Cabo de la Nao, with steep cliffs and assorted coves and caves, such as Cova dels Orguens ; At the top of the cape we will find the Nao Lighthouse.

To the north we find another natural park: the Marjal de Pego, a mountainous area between Valencia and Alicante, with ditches formed by the Racons and Bullent rivers and the floodplains. It is an environment with beautiful views and varied vegetation.

Near Dénia, a 25 minute walk, we also have the Cabo de San Antonio and the curious Cova Tallada, at sea level, which was excavated to extract from it material to build numerous buildings in Dénia, including the castle.
