Our beautiful rural country house is located on the outskirts of Pollença, in Mallorca, where you can enjoy the essence and charm of the island.
The house is perfect for a large group of family or friends, since it reaches an occupancy of 10 people.
As soon as you enter the property, you will find a large garden with natural grass and a nice hedge surrounding the pool, giving a more sense of privacy.
This area gives way to the terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments contemplating the views, or meet to eat a delicious barbecue prepared in the barbecue.
From the terrace you can access the interior of the house, which is made up of two floors, and has several rooms distributed between both floors:

- The kitchen: it is spacious and bright and is equipped with rustic wooden furniture and various appliances, including, for example, a dishwasher, in addition to having a table ideal as an office area.
- Four rooms are located on the upper floor, sharing two of them a pleasant terrace, while the fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor.
- Three bathrooms are those that make up the toilet area. A bathroom is integrated into the room on the ground floor and the remaining two are located on the upper floor being of common use to all bedrooms.
