Our rural house os will bring you to the X It has a capacity of between 6 and 8 people, and has a nice interior patio decorated with a y barbecue with a jacuzzi exterior.

The house is distributed around the interior courtyard so that, both the rooms and common rooms, are oriented to this outdoor space.

It is divided into 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds, each. The double bedroom account with a bathroom de private in its interior. In the house there is also another bathroom and adapted a reduced mobility, as it has grabs and zero obstacles.

The room is an open space, and has a sofa-bed, to reach the 8 seats of the rural house. The television that is in this room is via satellite.

The kitchen is spacious, and also has a wooden table inside, serving as a dining room. It is equipped in its entirety, and decorated with wooden furniture. Among the appliances that are found are: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, etc.

In the outdoor area, the barbecue is located, along with various garden furniture, thus allowing to enjoy meals outdoors, under a roof built as porch.

This house, shares with the adjoining villa a common area, where the jacuzzi is located which is shared with another house, a garden area, and a private parking for our guests.

In Arico the New, at 500 m altitude, is located in a ravine zone, where different natural areas are located, such as the Natural Monument of the Mountain Sentinel, in addition to a part of the Natural Park of the Forest Crown.

Arico is a locality that has been inhabited for centuries, and elements from other eras, such as archaeological sites of the guanche culture, a former farmhouse o or a church , remain to this day.

From our house you can practice both hiking and climbing in the ravines of Lere or of the Arico River. Likewise you can enjoy the greenery that surrounds us, or beaches of the island as special as the Beach Aguadulce or the Cardones.
