Villa Mas Estrada

The Rural Accommodation is located at a very short distance from Riudarnes, outside the urban area. It is an old farmhouse that was built in the fifteenth century and is distributed in more than 3,000 square meters. 

In it can stay 23 people, distributed in the 2 plants of the main house and the small apartment that is located in the middle of the terrace, next to the pool. 

In total it has 7 bedrooms, of which 2 are equipped with a marriage, 3 with a marriage and an individual and 2 with a marriage bed and two individuals. 

It also has a total of 7 bathrooms, being 4 on the ground floor of the main house, 2 in the upper and 1 in the annexed house. 

Among the common areas of the interior of the house, they can enjoy a lounge with numerous leather sofas, a music, television and bookstore team with books for adults and children, as well as a kitchen with gas fire and a dining room of more than 30 square meters. 

All accommodation has both air conditioning and heating. 

among the external areas of the rural accommodation you can find:

• A long porch that surrounds practically the entire house and where tables with capacity for all diners are located. 
• A celebrations room that has an island -shaped kitchen with barbecue, with capacity for some 40 people and football. 
• A 7x13 pool completely fenced and surrounded by 2 large porches with sun loungers and tables. 
• Spaces dedicated to game, both for children and adults. From sand, swings and structures of slides to a place to play the Petanca. 
• Parking for more than 100 square meters where there are 6 cars. 

Rural accommodation has more than 2,000 square meters of own and exterior for the use and enjoyment of those who are staying there.

But above all it is worth highlighting the versatility of the territory in which it is located. It is just 30 minutes from Girona, where you can enjoy a great cultural offer (the cathedral, the old town) and a multitude of shopping centers and other services. As well as about 15 kilometers from the beaches most highlights on the Costa Brava.
