The rural house that we present to you is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends where rest is guaranteed. You have many comforts both inside and outside the house and you will have the opportunity to know a different place.
Note that in our house we also have a special service for events, birthdays, weddings, etc, so if you are thinking of celebrating something special in a different place, we can be a very good option.

As for rural accommodation in the house, we have a large kitchen that is completely furnished in wood, including the long table that occupies practically the entire space, but we do not want anyone to be left without their place. You have modern appliances and in very good condition to prepare your favorite meals.

In the living room you can get everyone together for some talks or you can rest alone in front of the television for example. You have several sofas to sit or lie down and take advantage of this intimate time that this area of ​​the house offers you.

We have a total of 11 rooms that are distributed in the most comfortable way: 3 are doubles with 2 single beds each, others 3 are like a double bed, 2 have more than 2 beds, and 3 are quadruple. All are prepared with their sets of sheets and blankets, in addition to having cabinets and nightstands to organize all personal things. They are comfortable spaces that are painted in different colors and are very welcoming. Perfect for rest. 2 of the rooms are on the ground floor and the rest on the upper floor.

We have 7 bathrooms and 1 toilet perfectly furnished and equipped with showers, sinks and toilets. Its decorations are elegant, nothing classic, but with a very own style. You have cabinets and shelves to place the toiletries.

The highlight of the house is its entire outdoor area since we have a very careful garden where green becomes the protagonist. Tables and chairs and a wide porch and terraces where you can eat and breathe fresh air. In front of the pool we have set up a bar also and a picnic area with barbecue. You also have a leisure room with games and ping pong tables, of course you will not get bored. We have a 220 m2 wooden tent and another 400 m2 tent.

As we have already mentioned, in our house you can organize events and for them we have a dance floor and also another one where you can put tables and decorate it to your liking.

Without a doubt, it is a wonderful house for all kinds of meetings and for vacations. It has a lot of capacity and at the entrance you will be able to leave all the cars you bring so they will always be well guarded.

Alcalá de Xivert is the municipality where our rural house is located. It is located in Castellón and among all the plans we offer you is to enjoy the beaches of the Costa del Azahar or the views of the Sierra de Irta Natural Park.

We will begin the route through the town center where we will contemplate endless monuments full of history and with a very striking architecture typical of the area. About 1700 the Chapel of the Virgen de los Desamparados was built, approximately the same date is the hermitage of San Antonio. The hermitage of Calvario is a clear representation of the Valencian baroque. Outside of everything religious, we recommend a visit to the castle of the city, it is located at the top of the mountains and from there you can control the land and the sea.

The Sierra de Irta is a beautiful natural park with a Mediterranean climate from which we can observe all the wonders of nature in both its plant and animal forms. Definitely highly recommended.

For lovers of the beaches, within Alcalá de Xivert we have the Playa de las Fuentes which is Blue Flag and another that is also listed as one of the best is Playa del Charger, in neighboring Alcocéber. The Costa del Azahar with beaches such as Peñíscola or Benicasim are also a very successful idea.
