Villa Preciosa

The rural house is located in the town of Puerto de la Cruz, within Tenerife.

It is a modern villa, recently renovated and modern construction, which houses a number of amenities and luxuries that our guests can enjoy. X
The farm consists of spacious exteriors with leisure and entertainment facilities, plus well-kept indoor areas, in an extension of over 2,500 square meters.

It allows a maximum occupancy of 7 people, being 6 adults and one child, due to the distribution of the rooms; also being able to be rented completely or by rooms.

The interior areas that are common, are divided into:

• A modern and large kitchen in which the white color predominates, with the mixture of black tones, in a very modern format. His extension occupies all the fronts of the stay, sheltering under the countertop a series of modern appliances of last model (dishwasher, oven, dryer ..). Between the cabinets, a cookware quite complete, to which are added the china and the household items.

• A living room, con a wall of natural stone combined with modern furniture, composed of several sofas, a coffee table in front of them and hung on the wall, a gran plasma TV which is accompanied by a system of DVD and other elements of modern electronics. In la dining area, a table in black located just off las que French doors fill the entire wall of the room and that show perfectly, garden and areas exteriores.

• A master bathroom para guests, which is divided into two modern batteries on which hung a continuous mirror and several bulbs that provide light, one glass-enclosed shower and a bathtub addition to modern health. The taps, in steel, is square, last generation. As for the equipment, the towel sets are included.

As for the outdoor areas, shows, at first, the porch, showing the interior of the house as it is surrounded by windows on all walls. Finally, a tennis court for our guests, that yes, they must bring their own equipment to play and, to leave the cars, a private parking with capacity for several vehicles.

In the Puerto de la Cruz, within Tenerife, is located our rural house that, as you can imagine, has an unbeatable environment plus a pleasant climate for most of the year.

From this location, which is still far from the chaotic areas of the city center, is well connected and quite close, you can access the beach zones, where the white sands and crystal clear waters allow tourists to enjoy our sign of identity in pure state.

One of the busiest is the part of Corner, which combines those areas of traditional and protected native vegetation, with views of the beach and its sand.

As you can see, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Tenerife.
