Villa Solar

Our accommodation is located in the vicinity of Port de Pollença, in the north of the Majorcan island, where, in a matter of minutes, you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and incredible maritime landscapes.
It is a rural house, with space for six people, whose style is the one of the typical country houses of the area, and that sits, surrounded by tranquility, on a large plot with garden areas, where the pool stands out in front of the back of the house, ideal for those days when you don't feel like leaving the property, but you feel like taking a good bath.
In the rear facade we also find a wonderful porch, perfect for those outdoor dinners, especially recommending organizing a delicious barbecue made in the barbecue on site.
In one of the sides of the house, we have a second porch overlooking a natural grass area, in which, if there are children among the companions, they can play quietly, which connects directly with the dining room.

The space in the living room is quite spacious and with plenty of natural light, in which two sofas and a matching armchair are distributed in front of a beautiful piece of furniture on which the television is located, while on the side is the dining table, with several chairs.
In the kitchen we will find a comfortable and perfectly equipped space even with a second dining table, and attached to it, a door that leads to the pantry, where you can store your provisions.

The master bedroom has a double bed and se communicates with the back porch through a door that, during good weather, can be kept open thus providing much more light to the room. The two remaining rooms, both with two individual beds, have exit to the side porch.

The house also has two full bathrooms, one of them equipped with bathtub, while the second includes a shower tray.

Port de Pollença is the most tourist urban center of the entire complex that forms the municipality of Pollença, north of Mallorca.
Its beaches are its biggest claim, offering an authentic almost Caribbean paradise to any visitor in search of a relaxed day in front of the sea.
But, in addition, the Cabo Formentor is one of the essential places in this area, since its impressive cliffs offer an incredible panoramic that leaves no one indifferent.
