Villa Suari

Our accommodation is located in the north of the island of Mallorca, specifically on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Pollença, where the old traditions of the rural environment are still preserved.
The accommodation, located in the field, offers a lot of tranquility and a cozy place where disconnect in the company of yours, since its capacity is for seven people.

It is a traditional Mallorcan house, where the rustic stone walls are still preserved and give it its characteristic village charm.
In its main facade we find a beautiful porch equipped with furniture welcoming us, and allows us to enter the house, with a rustic decoration of furniture with a certain antique touch, recalling its origins.
The rooms, which are spread over two floors, are the ones shown below:

• A spacious living-dining room that, in the living room space, distributes two sofas in a beautiful shade of green along with two armchairs in blue, surrounding the set to the television. Behind this area, there is the dining table, with a certain medieval air, with six matching chairs.

• From the living room we can access the kitchen, completely renovated with beautiful furniture and equipped with modern appliances, but still preserving rustic touches such as the old fireplace. Also, in the center of the room, there is a practical table to have breakfast or to use as an auxiliary space in the preparation of your recipes.

• The stairs in the living room lead to the upper floor, where is divided into four rooms. Two bedrooms are made up of a pair of beds, a third room includes a double bed, and finally, the fourth room has a single bed.

• Like the rooms, the toilet area is located on the first floor, which consists of two full bathrooms equipped with a spacious bathtub.

And now, we go to the back of the house. A place where you can fully enjoy the good summer weather, either organizing a good meal at the barbecue to eat all together under a second porch with views of the garden, or enjoying a good dip in the large pool que, to facilitate the entrance has a Roman staircase

Pollença is a municipality of Mallorca that covers a wide area.
On the one hand, there is its main core is the old town, with an indisputable rural charm, and on the other, we have the area of ​​ port, a very tourist destination for visitors.

The nature that surrounds it is spectacular, and it is worth mentioning the incredible landscapes of the Cabo Formentor, near the port, or in the vicinity of the town, the Puig de Santuiri, an elevated natural area that offers a beautiful picture both the town and the surroundings.
