This fantastic rural house is located a short distance from the two urban centers of Pollença (Mallorca), which will allow you to visit the beautiful beaches with turquoise waters, or, if you prefer, go to the old town, with a more rural character.
One of the things that draws attention at first glance is its rustic appearance because of its stone-clad facade, although its interior is not far behind, since the spaces give a feeling of great amplitude and lots of light, which are accompanied of tiled floors and wide wooden beams on the ceilings.
It can accommodate a total of six guests, which can be divided into the rest space, which consists of several rooms:

• 1 bedroom double with double bed sitting on a large space with a huge window overlooking the garden, which includes a practical chest of drawers and wardrobe.

• 2 bedrooms double with a couple of beds, also, in this case, of a considerable size and with nice comfortable old-style, as well as exterior views.

As a space dedicated to the toilet, the house is made up of two complete bathrooms, which have a bathtub and a shower tray respectively.
If we return to the main entrance, we find the hall acting as a distributor, with the kitchen on its left, where the beautiful tiles on a wooden furniture stand out. is perfectly equipped and in the central area it also has a small round white table.
The adjoining room is the dining room, where the protagonist is the wood-burning fireplace, which brings together the two sofas in a dark blue tone in contrast to the white walls, and has a television screen. This space is shared with the original dining table, also in white, with chairs in the same tone.
The living room gives us access to a porch, a perfect space to shelter from the sun in the middle of the morning or for outdoor meals, which can be prepared in the barbecue, and which opens its way to the garden, with a spectacular pool with solarium which, for more privacy, is surrounded by a green hedge.

The town of Pollença, on the beautiful island of Mallorca, is an incredible place to get lost in its streets, full of rural charm, where you can enjoy, while you walk, the Mallorcan architecture, as well as some of its monuments, among them the most emblematic: the hermitage of El Calvari, with a characteristic flight of stairs with exactly 365 steps.
If you go to the urban area of ​​the port, you will find a more touristy atmosphere, and its spectacular beaches attract the attention of anyone to spend a perfect day on the shore of the warm waters of the Mediterranean.
