Its maximum capacity is 9 people, so don't wait any longer and gather your friends or family to embark on this adventure. The beaches are waiting for you, as well as the charm that the fishing municipality hides. It will conquer you!


There are 155 m2 that are combined with garden spaces where your privacy is preserved. Resting is easier this way, especially when you have so many facilities around you:

• There are 4 bedrooms: the first with a pair of single beds, the second with trundle bed to gain space, the third with double bed and the fourth with three single beds that can be folded down for the little ones.

They all have views of the outside area, like the rest of the house that is nourished by good natural light. They are made up of white wardrobes, type seats, poufs in some cases and even some desks. So practical that not only will sleeping be a pleasure, but inside you will feel like you are at home.

• 2 Bathrooms, one of them en suite with bathtub. There is also a shower for the toilet and we have included towels, so we adapt to you. The taste of the layout is exquisite: they have stone sinks, framed mirrors and aromatic candles to create a more relaxed atmosphere. In the wicker baskets you will find the essential , you will be looking forward to getting there to wash off the sand from the beach and go down to dinner.

• A kitchen where preparing meals is almost a necessity, at least just for the views. The large window allows you to work with food with ease and dynamism, also helped by the utensils available. There is a stove, so that in winter you feel more comfortable. The appliances are varied, a complete set for any time of day, also suitable for coffee lovers. In front of the counter there is a large dining room, its side the stairs to go up to the first floor.

• A modern living room is revealed by every part of the furniture. The sofa extends in front of the light entry, directly in front of the flat screen television. Here it is easy to accompany the dead moments of the best entertainment: technologies and your own company. You can even comfortably rest your feet while watching your favorite shows.

The terrace is the strong point and is on the porch. Covered by windows, the glass gives way to a natural canvas where the dining room becomes much more inviting. The views are towards the garden, you can also see the mountains, but the warmth that covers the environment is priceless.

• This room also houses a large sofa where you can spend the afternoons admiring the semi-discovered landscape. The porch curtains give way to the rest of the garden to get fresh air and can be uncovered to stay cool inside.

• The house also has hammocks to lie down and rest and any time is good to taste the delicious food from the barbecue, one of the greatest pleasures of summer.

• The courtyard also includes private parking. It's in the garage, where the washer and the dryer are located. Here there is also a toilet to make it more accessible from the outside.

Our tenants must take into account that:

• Charging of electric vehicles is not authorized. X
• The kitchen includes basics but not food products. X
• They must correctly identify themselves upon arrival.
• The delivery of keys can be agreed upon at the office or at the accommodation, in any case, if it is done outside of business hours it has a cost.

Traveling to paradise has never been so accessible, our rural house is located in Llanes and not far away the coast opens up to give us dream places:

• Beach or pool? The Playa de Poo uses the natural phenomenon of tides for a unique experience. In summer, when the water rises, natural pools are created where you will love to swim. The area itself is safe, also for children.

• Playa de Ballota is another destination that you cannot miss. With fine white sand, walking along the shore is a pleasure. Nearby is the Boriza viewpoint, so you can admire the surrounding environment.

Although both are a little out of the way, it takes less than five minutes to reach them by car. There are others that are closer, like the train station, it is not too far away either, just over a kilometer away.
